Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy
At Bling del Barrio, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Lifetime Warranty
We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all our products.
If you ever need to use your warranty, simply send the original item back to our office. Once we receive it, we’ll ship you a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note:

The lifetime warranty can only be used once per purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back, but we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement.
Order Verification for Fraud Protection
We take transaction security very seriously. If an order appears to have a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to request additional verification before processing and shipping it.
You’ll have 5 business days to respond to our verification request.
If we don’t receive a response within that time, we’ll automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method.
This process helps protect both our customers and our store from fraudulent activity.
Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeframe:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Condition:
To qualify for a return, items must be in “like-new” condition. That means:

No signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
All returned items are inspected by our team before a refund is approved.
If the product doesn’t meet the “like-new” condition, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to ship your item back.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.

Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us immediately at blingdelbarrio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Note: All free products or items purchased with a discount of 60% or more are not eligible for warranty or returns.
