🔹STEP 1: Contact us

You have two ways to start a custom project:

2. Send an email to personalizado@blingdelbarrio.com . Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Our expert will ask you relevant questions about your idea and work closely with you to make it a reality.

🔹STEP 2: Initial Payment

Once we fully understand your design, our team will provide you with a quote and request an initial payment of €100.

After your initial payment, we'll send you a 3D model of your exact custom project. You can make unlimited revisions and adjustments to the design until you're 101% satisfied.

The initial payment will be deducted from the final amount.

🔹STEP 3: Manufacturing

Once you've confirmed the design, our team will ask you to pay the remaining balance to begin the production process.

Manufacturing time depends on the complexity and size of the project. During this time, our team will send you images/videos of your custom project.

🔹STEP 4: Delivery

Once your custom piece is finished, we'll send you videos and photos of your piece for confirmation.

After confirming that everything is correct, we will deliver it to you.

Cancellations and Returns

Since each piece is custom made or produced especially for you, we want to be completely clear about our policy.

Once the production process has begun, your order can be canceled or returned; however, the client is responsible for covering the manufacturing costs already incurred.

In that case, we will refund you the total amount minus the corresponding production costs. Before proceeding, we will always inform you of the exact amount to be refunded so that you can make your decision with complete peace of mind. (This applies to any product that has entered production, whether because it is customized or because it was out of stock and must be manufactured.)
